the sound quality is good, but I constantly had issues with losing sound through the headset and my series X and would take various methods like disconnecting the dongle, unplugging the Xbox power cable etc just to try and get the sound back on. this was my first time using SteelSeries and wasn’t that impressed really not to mention they just kept falling off my head with the slightest of movements.
