Very good mouse, holds up well and is rgb customizable

it’s simply the best budget headset I’ve owned since Sennheiser HD201. it’s lightweight and comfy: tight enough to mute any noise around, but not too tight, so I can wear it a few hours in a row without any discomfort (my head and ears are bigger than average, so usually it’s a problem with most headphones). And it sounds really good, I don’t hear any difference from more expensive ones: no distortion, no buzzing, no muffling. The mic quality is good, people hear me nice and clear.

minimalistic looking mouse. at first glance it doesn’t look like much. but the more I see it, the more it grows on me. completely opposite of how it feels… when I placed my right hand (yes, this is a mouse only for right-handers) on it for the first time, it feels like my hand was made to hold this mouse. my right hand is the glove which fit the prime wireless perfectly!

Performance wise, it’s steelseries, you can rest assured of the awesome performance. It is the feel of the mouse which is very very subjective. I did not experience what some users were saying about having the butt of the mouse bite the skin of my palm but maybe it’s because my palm isn’t as big as theirs? Or maybe i’m not that flabby yet? who knows… for me, always buy Steelseries. the Rival 650 was a little too big for my palm so that was a mistake. but the Prime wireless fits my style very well – borderline claw and palm grip.

I would advise everyone to take some basic measurements of the your current mouse so you have an idea of whether this mouse suits you or not.

  4. Amazon Customer

This is the first time I actually had an issue buying off Amazon, but upon arrival the box was split down the corner, no big deal it’s just a box. I then noticed the tamper tape on the box was split. After lifting off the lid, it looked fine at first glance, and upon picking it up there was a noticeable rattle inside cause a piece was loose and tumbling around inside. After examining closer there was a hairline crack down the top of the mouse beneath the DPI button on top.

I also noticed that the pamphlet was creased and there was no redemption code for the in game rewards. There was also a bit of dust in the box and a few small fibers from something

I think someone bought it, it was broken or they broke it, and used the redemption code and then returned it as new. I can maybe see Amazon seeing a “didn’t want” tag and simply not checking.

As for the build quality outside of the damages, I was a little disappointed. I don’t really care about weight or anything, and have used plenty of matte finish mouses, but this one was especially rough and the plastic felt brittle (and given the crack is probably was) but maybe that’s better so the plastic doesn’t deform? I don’t know. I gave the side buttons a few clicks and they felt really good, and the side button I’ve seen a few people complain they couldn’t reach really wasn’t that hard to hit with a slight hand adjustment.

I have sent it out for return because I personally will be looking for another mouse. I’ll probably just go buy a mouse in person instead because I’ve already missed all the Boxing Day deals by now.

The media could not be loaded.

Some have reported issues with the click precision. I haven’t found that issue, but I don’t really play many games that rely on very precise clicks, such as FPS. The software is a little bloated, but it works well for the features most look for (dpi, re-binds, macros, and even dimming the mouse wheel). Obviously, it’s stunning, I don’t think there’s a prettier mouse out there, but that’s a matter of personal preference.

I don’t have anything bad to say about it. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s clearly well-built, light but sturdy, comfortable, and works well for me. But, again, I’m not sure what to say about the precision of the clicks other than I did not find any issues like other reviewers have.
