You can not chance the color of your dock AND mouse while charging !! So if you have everything blue you are screwed cause a empty battery is a red dock AND red mouse, going to orange > yellow and finally green. To make it ever worse while charging it is not a constant color but a breathe effect…. The different colors WILL NOT match your color setup on your other hardware be aware. This is a know problem and will not be fixed (google it on reddit and Razer support forum).
So to make it even worse, i finally could live with above problem and bought a dock for my 2nd mouse (Razer Naga pro), guess what, you can’t attach 2 docks to Synapse !! Well you can but Synapse only finds one, the other one has a disco setting and cycles through all colors.. And if you place your mouse on it the mouse will get the charging color (see above complaint) or will not get the charging color (for the 2nd dock it is random) also THE OTHER DOCK can also get the charging color. OMG you read it correctly, charging colors switch between docks, and are not always the dock where you place your mouse on. And it is not sure which mouse get which color anymore… Could be your blue color or the green color (fully charged) or it could be your 2nd mouse and get red, orange, yellow or also green..
Total rubbish but nothing else is better at the moment and can’t be bothered to send it back and use one charger.. Very annoyed though….

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Station. Funktioniert einwandfrei mit der App und passt daher zu meinem kompletten Razer aufgebot perfekt dazu. Das Headset hängt stabil über der Halterung und Dank der USB Eingänge an der Station kann das Headset auch ohne Probleme dort geladen werden. Dazu kommt das die Optik auch sehr gut und Qualitativ hochwertig kommt. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

razer ekosistemime cuk oturdu. kulaklık için jak girişi olduğunu bilmiyordum onu görünce ayrı bir seviniyor insan. masa üstüne oldukça şık ve premium bir hava katıyor. ürün oldukça ağır bir metalden yapılmış durumda. insan bir pc aksesuarının bu kadar ağır ve metalden yapıldığı görünce şaşırıyor açıkçası lakin bu durum kalite hissini top noktaya çıkarıyor. çok olmazsa olmaz bir ürün olmayıp oldukça kaliteli ve şık bir ürün. tavsiye edilir.

I was blown away when I first unboxed the Razer Base Station V2 Chroma Mercury edition. I was looking for a white headphone stand to match my PC build for a long time and finally came across this. You gotta believe me, Razer does make some great products. I will leave some pros and cons of the product for a better understanding :
Pros:
1) The Razer Base Station V2 Chroma Mercury edition is made with aluminum and no questions have to be asked regarding its build quality. It is very sturdy and holds my headphone very well. 2) The bottom and the top of the headphone stand has a rubber coating that restricts the stand to move and also to get a better grip of the headphone. 3) I am really satisfied with Razer for providing 2 USB 3.1 slots and also a 3.5mm headphone jack slot. These functions make my work a whole lot easier. 4) I have seen most of the headphone stands having dim RGB lighting but this doesn’t seem to be the case with razer chroma v2. The RGB light in this headphone stand is very bright even when my room lights are on.
Cons:
1) I literally have no complaints against this but when it comes to the price, I consider it to be a little high than most. The reason why I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the product is overpriced.
Overall, I think the razer headset stand provides everything required in a good headphone stand. Especially the RGB, it is so beautiful. I am blown away by the beautiful colors the base emits. I totally recommend buying this if you are looking for a cool headset stand and couldn’t come across any.

Gebruik voornamelijk Razer, product is prima en doet wat het moet doen. Echter het probleem dat ik 2 headsets heb, en dus 2 stands nodig heb. Razer Synapse herkend er echter maar 1, dus 1 stand heeft dan altijd permanent rainbow. Geen oplossing voor volgens Razer support. 1 retour moeten sturen en een Corsair ST100 als 2e stand moeten aanschaffen.
