Los compré en estado ‘Como nuevos’. Llegó la caja con toda la parte frontal destrozada y una enorme y horrible pegatina delante para disimularlo.
Los cascos van estupendos y es cierto que estaban como nuevos.
Asi que muy contenta porque me he ahorrado un dinero. Pero un apena la caja.
Por cierto, viendo que otros compradores tenian problemas con la entrega, yo lo pedí en un punto de recogida directamente, y sin problema, los tuve como una semana ante de lo esperado.

software(razer synapse) makkelijk installeren en je kun je geluid aanpassen naar wens. minpunt als je instellingen gaat in de windows geluidinstelling ruist de koptelefoon pieptoon. (dit is alleen met microfoon instellingen aan) microfoon heeft nog extra insellingen
Wat ik graag wou zien was een losse kabel aansluiting en aanpassingen kleur van microfoon is best vervelend.
voor de rest top , zijn leuk , en goede koptelefoon die luid kan zonder dat geluid raar klinkt artikel was ook snel geleverd volgende dag in huis Fijne dag nog toegewenst aan allen 🙂

This one had his flaws. The computer often doesn’t recognize the USB as being from a headphone but thinks it is RGB-lighting, and it is a struggle then to make it work. Shortly after receiving a piece broke off the headphone too, and now in use a while the cord is fraying badly. This sounds as a bad review, yet I would not say this product is bad. It has space for improvement. From a brand like Razer one would expect better. We have a Artics headphones too als also issues losing force on the headband to name one. Maybe Razer needs to step it up!

Mise à jour 09/03/24: j’ai effectué un remplacement du produit et après quasi 2 semaines d’utilisation aucun problème à déplorer, ni déconnexion ni bug que du bonheur ! Le seul défaut est que le son est très fort de base, j’ai eu du mal à le régler à un niveau acceptable, mais je préfère ça à pas de son du tout. Niveau RGB c’est parfait, pas encore testé le “mode streamer”, et en terme de confort d’utilisation je le sens à peine tellement il est agréable à porter.
Je change donc ma note pour 5 étoiles car ce casque les mérites !

Casque très beau et très confortable, le RGB fonctionne très bien et le son est de bonne qualité. Enfin, quand il y en a..
Le casque se coupe aléatoirement, entrainant un plantage du système audio. Le RGB reste actif mais aucun son n’est émis. La seule solution consiste à débrancher/rebrancher le casque, s’en suit un délai de plusieurs secondes avant que le son revienne, pendant lequel Synapse fait sauter le RGB de mes autres périphériques. Changer de port USB ne résout pas le problème, pas plus que les autres astuces trouvées en ligne (coincer le câble sous l’écouteur, désactiver le RGB, ..). Très déçu.

The headphones came partially packed – the original package was clearly damaged and missing the external plastic foil that should protect the headphones. By inspecting the headphones you could clearly see scratches and defects that suggest that they are second hand. However the price is for new ones! I am totally disappointed and asked for the return.
