Recensione di Razer BlackWidow V4 X IT-Layout (5 dicembre 2023)
La tastiera sembra buona, i tasti sono comodi da usare (basta prendere l’abitudine che non serve premerli fino in fondo per digitare, e fare attenzione a non toccare per errore i tasti vicini), anche se, come segnalato da alcuni utenti, quella col layout italiano presenta i tasti accentati mettendo in alto le lettere normali e in basso gli altri simboli, cioè il contrario di tutte le altre tastiere, e inoltre solo le lettere accentate sono retroilluminate, mentre i simboli no.
Nonostante questo, avrei messo 5 stelle se non fosse stato per due grossi difetti che ho trovato nella mia tastiera:
1) attraverso il programma Razer Synapse non mi è possibile programmare i tasti, come invece si fa con gli altri dispositivi (ho un mouse e un keypad e funzionano molto bene), rendendo quindi inutile una tastiera così costosa e in particolare i tasti M1…M6, che se non programmati non fanno niente.
2) la retroilluminazione del tasto Shift destro e del tasto Freccia su è sbagliata: quella dello Shift destro viene applicata al tasto Freccia su, il tasto Shift destro quindi non è retroilluminato (il led però funziona, perché prima di fare il login tutti i tasti sono illuminati e cambiano colore correttamente) e il tasto Freccia su viene illuminato in base alle impostazioni di Shift destro, anche quando questo viene premuto.
Ho provato la tastiera con due diversi PC (con Windows 10 e 11) e con Razer Synapse aggiornato all’ultima versione disponibile, e i problemi sono identici sui due computer.
Per riassumere:
Pro:
* Comfort dei Tasti: I tasti sono comodi e richiedono una leggera pressione per attivarsi, il che è vantaggioso una volta abituati.
* Qualità Generale: La tastiera si presenta di buona fattura.
Contro:
* Layout dei Tasti: I tasti accentati e i simboli sono disposti in modo insolito rispetto alle tastiere standard, con le lettere in alto e i simboli in basso. Solo le lettere accentate sono retroilluminate.
* Programmazione Tasti via Razer Synapse: Non è possibile programmare i tasti, in particolare M1…M6 non svolgono alcuna funzione, limitando notevolmente la funzionalità di una tastiera di fascia alta.
* Retroilluminazione Errata: Il tasto Shift destro e il tasto Freccia su hanno problemi di retroilluminazione; il led dello Shift non si illumina mentre quello della Freccia su segue le impostazioni dello Shift.
Valutazione Finale:
La tastiera Razer BlackWidow V4 X IT-Layout offre un’esperienza confortevole nella digitazione, tuttavia presenta alcuni difetti significativi, in particolare nella programmazione dei tasti tramite Razer Synapse e nella retroilluminazione. Inoltre, il layout non standard dei tasti rappresenta un ulteriore svantaggio.
Nonostante questi problemi, ho deciso di non procedere immediatamente con il reso. Intendo attendere 2 o 3 settimane, avendo tempo fino alla fine di gennaio per restituire il prodotto, nella speranza che eventuali errori legati a Razer Synapse possano essere corretti attraverso aggiornamenti imminenti.
Durante questo periodo, mi auguro che il supporto di Razer possa fornire assistenza o chiarimenti riguardo a questi problemi. Inoltre, sarei interessato a sentire le esperienze di altri utenti che possiedono la stessa tastiera, per capire se i difetti riscontrati siano limitati alla mia unità o siano comuni all’intero modello.
La mia decisione finale sul mantenimento o meno della tastiera dipenderà quindi dai progressi nel software, dal feedback del supporto Razer e dalle esperienze condivise dagli altri utenti.
Aggiornamento del 10 dicembre:
Nei giorni scorsi è stato aggiornato Razer Synapse e finalmente adesso i tasti possono essere programmati. Siccome da una veloce ricerca in internet non ho trovato segnalazioni rigualrdanti il problema di retroilluminazione dei tasti shift destro e freccia su, poco fa ho contattato il servizio assistenza di Razer, che dovrebbe rispondermi nei prossimi giorni. Vedremo se la mia tastiera è difettosa o se il difetto riguarda tutte le tastiere di questo modello (e si può risolvere), oltre alla qualità del servizio assistenza. Intanto, vista la risoluzione di uno dei 2 problemi (quello principale, tra l’altro), alzo la mia valutazione da 3 a 4⭐️.
Aggiornamento del 26/03/2024: alzo la mia valutazione a 5⭐️ perché è stato risolto il problema dell’illuminazione del tasto Shift destro. Penso che fosse un problema di driver non ben configurati.

Estoy un poco harta de las cosas de Razer porque no es la primera vez que compro esta marca como regalo y más que alegrías, da problemas. Este teclado se lo compré a mi pareja por mi cumpleaños, cosa que necesitaba y nos gustó mucho cuando lo vimos por casualidad y lo pudimos probar un poquito. El sonido de las teclas es muy agradable. Resulta que lo he tenido que devolver porque varias letras al escribir se repetían, es decir, uno quería escribir sujeto y se ponía “ssujjeto”, así continuamente con ciertas letras. También es importante resalta que el teclado no está en español. No os aconsejo que lo compréis, ya no por que no tenga disposición QWERTY, sino porque se repiten las letras y es muy incómodo estar revisando algo que sabes que has escrito bien.
