i was having trouble finding info about the internals on this system in regards to the storage expansion so just to let everyone know there are two slide trays in the back and a spot for a second m.2 below the video card witch you do not have to remove to install so you can easily install 2 standard or ssd drives and the m.2 that still leaves 2 sata ports open so if you want to get creative with mounting like me i mounted 2 black SSD’s to the top of the case since there are no fans installed as for the performance its Excellent no problems or complaints i got this when my last system died i spent almost $3000 on a dell xps and it died in less than 6 months i had nothing but troubles with it i will never buy a dell computer again

Video card was loose, but after re-seating this machine function perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. It appears to be well-made and nicely assembled. MSI has been in business for a long time and generally has a good reputation.

Bought on Prime day. Came in with a sound card issue. Downloading drivers made it worse. A call to MSI got me a restore USB to get it working again. Waited a week for the USB. It did get everything except the sound card working. Called MSI again and was told it’s a hardware defect.
So,a return is in progress. But, Amazon did not offer a replacement. Only a refund.
So I’ll wait for that refund and hopefully the price is close enough where I can purchase it again and give this system a proper review.

It works perfectly fine. I was having issues with it turning off the display and sound with the fans ramping up and I think it was Discord having Hardware acceleration. Ever since I took it off I can actually play heavy games like Black Desert and The First Descendant. With both games running it’s still extremely silent. I can’t hear the fans at all. Was very skeptical about buying a pre built but I’m glad I got one. If anything I’ll probably switch the case for something more appealing since the case is very plain looking.

An absolute powerhouse of a pc for the price. I took advantage of prime days and saved 30% which was how I was able to get my wife’s approval. I am so glad I bought it! I read some reviews reported that the box was damaged in shipping but mine arrived in perfect condition and very well protected. It was very easy to setup from the initial boot and quickly had me playing my favorite games at 100-140+ fps in 1440p. The fans are quiet and the RGB lighting provides great aesthetics. I did a lot of research on a new rig, weighing the pros and cons of major components and happy I went with this build. Glad I finally made the switch from console after all these years!
