It’s an alright graphics card with both ray tracing and DLSS support, but 8GB VRAM in 2024/2025 is so bad it’s unbelievable. All games with decent graphics need more than 8GB of VRAM, so I always have to decrease texture quality in order to have some breathing room in VRAM, otherwise you’ll get FPS loss and instability.
AMD’s 7600 XT which costs around the same provides much better performance per dollar and double the VRAM. If I wasn’t brain washed by Nvidia at the time I would have bought AMD, they offer much better value especially if you’re looking to buy a cheap GPU.

Tira de juegos modernos en configuraciones altas lo que se traduce en una experiencia de juego fluida y detallada. Por ejemplo, con mi Ryzen 5 5600G y placa con sus años (MSI X470), que no tiene PCIE 4.0, en juegos como “Cyberpunk 2077” o Alan Wake 2, la RTX 4060 8GB puede mantener consistentemente entorno a los 60 FPS, lo que me ha sorprendido bastante. No he probado el DLSS 3 la verdad.
Lo que sí he probado es codificación de video a tope. Que es para lo que más la uso. Ya sea con handbrake, format factory, o programas de creación de DCPs (para cines) o Adobe Premiere Pro o DaVinci Resolve. Duplica la tasa de conversión de mi anterior gráfica (RX470 256 bits) cuando usas h264 o 265 (usando la gráfica claro, no el procesador). También facilita el trabajo con video en resoluciones altas y la renderización de efectos complejos. Todo con niveles de ruido y consumo bajos.
En cuanto a lo físico, tiene un bonito efecto fade RGB en la marca GIGABYTE, y el gran disipador y el tercer ventilador ayudan a mantenerla fresca. Es decir, la “placa base” de la gráfica solo ocupan el primer y el segundo ventilador. El tercero solo es disipador y ventilador. No sé si esta info es útil o me explico bien, pero por si os sirve ^^).
En resúmen, muy satisfecho.

daha önce gigabyte rtx 2060 kullanıyordum ve çok sıcak çalışıyordu. sonrasında rtx 4060 eagle kullandım bir süre ve şimdi bu kartı aldım. rtx 2060 ile kıyaslandığında çok serin ve sessiz çalışıyor. 4060 eagle ile kıyaslarsak; bu kart biraz daha uzun ve ağır fakat ses oranı aynı. performansı bir tık daha iyi eagle’a göre. bir diğer farkı ise, eagle serisinde rgb yok, bu kartta rgb mevcut. alınır mı derseniz, bu fiyata bundan daha iyisini bulmak zor. 2 fanlı modellere para verip bobin cızırtısı dinlemekten de kurtulmuş olursunuz. unutmadan… kart ile beraber bir de takoz sipariş vermeyi unutmayın 🙂 kart gerçekten ağır…
