The capture card captures gameplay as intended but it seems like on windows 10 operating systems there’s static and crackling in the audio. Doing further testing I used my Nitro 5 laptop with windows 11 installed to test the capture card on there with the use of obs and the audio was perfect (both computers use 3.1 usb-c when the recommended is 3.0 so they both meet and excede the requirements so it’s not an usb-c port issue ) . I was really excited to use this capture card to start streaming and recording gameplay but this inconvenience is disheartening, im not too upset because I can use my laptop to stream from since it’s well equipped for it but it’s just a hassle since my desktop with windows 10 is my main PC. Hopefully there’s a software update to make this device more compatible with windows 10 but until then I can only give it 3 starts despite all the cool things it’s capable of.
