Card works well it is OC to it’s max, fan is quiet and the card stays cool. No regrets

Far faster than the 1080 it replaced and allows 4k gaming, but have had issues that are apparently a common thing with the 4070s that some cards are partially faulty, and I held onto it too long before looking into that.
Never have issues with heat or over-drawing the power, but regardless of if under heavy use or mostly idle, there is a random chance each day that it will crash the system, max out the fans and be stuck until a forced system shut down. Main screen had bad flickering issues until I swapped it to a different port. Have a TV and 2 side monitors as the setup. One of the side monitors usually is unrecognized by the system, but never goes to sleep as if it is receiving some signal so have just turned if off and given up on it.
Had none of these issues with the old GTX 1080. Anyone reading this, apparently the recommendations of the internet are watch for problems early on and be ready to return or replace these cards while you can to try your luck on another being from a good batch.
