   Ran great for a bit and now we have a problem. Purchased on 5/30 and today is 7/9. I woke up to the black screen of death with the indicator light VGA. I only have 1 game downloaded, WoW classic. Now this is going to cost me a lot to replace the graphics card not even a month and half after purchase. It is seated fine btw, I reseated it myself and it did not fix the issue. Go figure it breaks a right after the return window closed.

   My son loved this but there was a couple of issues. It took forever to get and then when we got it there was someone’s login set on the computer so no one could login so he had to do a factory reset on it.

   It’s true, my pc mother board has only 2 ram slots, not 4 as stated in description.
   Everything else seems fine, easy set up, up and running in no time.
   For the price its got what I want, not sure if 2 ram slots will be a problem. I see that you can upgrade memory with 2 16gb/DD5, at least I think so. Will post later when I cross that bridge.
   Went to the MSI web sight to find a manual download, I found the drivers page but no PDF.

   Update; No MSI splash screen on startup + BIOS = black screen no matter how you try and bring it up. It’s there you just cant see it. working on that one. I have the 32gb ram kit but can’t install it till I solve the black sreen issue.

   Update2; New display port cable fixed the BIOS page black screen. I now get the dragon splash startup screen and can log into BIOS. I talked with an MSI tech and he said the memory should be plug&play but be sure and match the MT speed Which is what I did. The increased RAM greatly improved a game I play alot visual graphics. No more shakey screen when I move around. I’m done!

   Used to love this brand but my laptop I ordered last year came DOA and now my new desktop did as well.

   Turned it on, went through the set up process. Windows needed an update and CRASH, black screen of death after that. Returned it today and went with another brand.

   Es una buena pcgamer para comenzar, pero el problema viene en la descripción ya que dice que trae 4 slots para RAM y solo cuenta con 2, es mi único problema de resto todo excelente, deberían Amazon o la compnñia dar un crédito ya que la descripción confunde y muchos compran esta pc se le puede hacer aumento de RAM y resulta q solo tienes dos slots
